Requirements
Own a defined area of your department's work — its records, its compliance and its day-to-day decisions. What that area is depends on the department: QA documentation, purchase follow-up, stores issue, HR records, EHS rounds.
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Preferred qualification: A degree matching the department — B.Sc. for QA/QC and EHS, B.Com for Accounts and Stores, BBA or MBA for HR, Purchase and Sales
- Experience: 2 years in the same function; freshers enter at trainee level
